Our Quality Policy
The Quality Policy in conformity with the objective of our corporation and the requirements of the quality management system, with a commitment of continuous efficiency improvement and acting as a framework for the setting up and examining the quality targets has been documented;
- in compliance with the working principles and targets,
- in compliance with the requirements of the quality management system
- including the commitment of continuous improvement,
- supporting the quality targets,
- and including the roles and other issues with regard to the importance attached to the employees and the development of the quality awareness.
Our quality policy is posted at different places in our company. All of our employees are obliged to perform their jobs taking into account the quality policy.
The quality policy is reviewed in the Management Review Meetings in line with the developments and needs.
It is our company’s policy to design the projects according to the legal regulations and technical specifications taking the customer satisfaction and continuous improvement as the basis and to provide necessary training for the continuous development of our personnel affecting the quality.
An Environmental Policy which clearly lays down the objectives concerning the Environmental Management and the commitment to increase the Environmental Management System performance has been set up and it has been approved by our Corporation’s top management.
Our Corporation has taken into consideration the following criteria when developing our environmental policy:
- Our policies and objectives regarding our business as a whole;
- Our values and requirements;
- Our business strategy;
- Legal and other requirements;
- Any statement regarding environmental issues;
- The requirements of customers, visitors and other parties that might be within the boundaries of the corporation premises;
- Our past and present performance;
- Opportunities and requirements for continuous development;
- Necessary resources;
- Contribution by employees;
- Contribution by the supplier and other external staff.
Our Environmental policy, which has been set up and declared effectively considering the above criteria:
- Is a confirmation of our business, products and services being compatible in their nature, scale and in terms of their environmental impacts;
- Including a commitment to continuous improvement,
- As a minimum, contains a commitment to compliance with the requirements of the applicable environmental legislation and of the organizations in which we are a member;
- Has been documented, and is being implemented and maintained;
- Contains our commitments to compliance with the requirements that we’ve chosen to comply with on our own as well as other requirements, and to building a policy that will serve as a framework for determining and reviewing environmental goals and objectives, and to full recognition and understanding of this policy at all Corporate levels and making all operations agree with this policy;
- Is periodically reviewed to be able to keep its suitability for and applicability to our Corporation at an accessible level for customers, visitors and other relevant parties that might be within the boundaries of the corporation premises.
We make accessible our environmental policy to our employees who may be affected by environmental management performance both in our head office and departments and to relevant parties by posting it at various places.
Also, our environmental policy is reviewed at management review meetings that are held periodically in order to keep this policy suitable and effective, evaluate its compliance with the applicable laws and the corporation’s requirements, and with the size of the defined environmental aspects, and assess its capability to achieve the environmental goals.
- Puts under control the factors that affect environmental pollution and thus minimizes them;
- Stops the wasting of resources;
- Raises awareness among our staff and the relevant organizations with regard to the environment;
- Makes use of the recycling technology;
- Ensures continuous development;
- By fulfilling the obligations under the applicable laws, ensures the adoption of the Environmental Management System and doing whatever required of it in order to maintain environmental awareness in a systematical and organized way in all areas of business.
An Occupational Health and Safety policy approved by the top corporate management has been set up to expressly indicate the OSH objectivesand the corporate commitment to promote the OSH performance.
Our corporation has taken into consideration the following criteria when setting up the OSH policy:
- Our policies and objectives regarding our business as a whole;
- Corporate OSH hazards
- Legal and other requirements
- The requirements of customers, visitors and other parties that might be within the boundaries of the corporation premises
- Former and current OSH performance of the corporation
- Opportunities and requirements for continuous development;
- Necessary resources;
- Contribution by employees;
- Contribution by the supplier and other external staff.
Our corporation has defined its OSH Policy with consideration to the above criteria.
- Compatible with the structure and scale of corporate OSH risks,
- Including a commitment to continuous improvement,
- Having a commitment comply with at least the applicable OSH legislation and regulations as well as the terms and conditions of the organizations with whom we have membership,
Our corporate OSH policy;
- has been announced to all our employees in order to raise awareness of our employees on their individual OSH responsibilities, and
- is accessible to the customers, visitors and parties involved who may enter the corporate premises.
- Our corporation reviews the OSH Policy on regular basis so as to ensure the compliance and validity of our OSH Policy.
The OSH policy created by our corporation is conveyed to the employees who might be affected by the OSH performance and the parties involved in our company headquarters and units through posting at multiple locations.
Furthermore, it is reviewed at the regular management review meetings for the purpose of evaluating its compliance with the applicable laws and organizational requirements as well as considering it compatibility with the scale of identified OSH hazards and their level of making the OSH objectives so that continuation of the inherent compliance and efficiency of the OSH policy is ensured.
Our corporate OSH policy is to,
- Identify the conditions in our services which may endanger health and safety of our customers, staff members and other people concerned, and take necessary measures,
- Ensure awareness raising on Occupational Health and Safety within our customers, staff and other people concerned,
- Promote and continuously improve our Occupational Health and Safety system,
- Work in compliance with the applicable legislation regarding Occupational Health and Safety,
Define the Occupational Health and Safety measures and have them implemented in our operations.
